My Faith, My Everything!!!


Without faith, it is practically impossible to do God's will. The duty of man on earth is to do the will of God. That's how indispensable faith is to our lives as believers in the all holy God.

 Faith is the demonstration of things not seen, the ability to see the invisible, believe the incredible, accept the unbearable, confront the unthinkable, in order to receive what the masses think is impossible. Faith is a firm persuasion and expectation that God will perform all that He promised us in Christ. Keep your faith alive in God because He will accomplish His promises in your life. It is not in the habit of our God to disappoint those who trust in Him.

It was the longest night of my life. The doctor looked at me with mute hopeless appeal, his facial expression was that of total despair though he managed to pretend as if everything was okay. Within a second, I was gripped by this sense of disgust, sorrow and revulsion and I gave him a curious but futile stare. I could feel the scorch of fear on my skin travelling through my spine, down to the bone marrow even though he is yet to utter a word. I nearly lost my balance; I had to lean on the wall to regain myself. I feared the worst. It was about 1:30am in the early hours of Friday March 27th, 2015, I could feel the movement of light disappearing from my eyes. The night became darker than usual. My heart skipped as if it's about jumping out of its cage. All these happened in less than 5 seconds. I knew there was nothing okay about the situation, but I managed to ask, "I hope she is alright?"
