I Know Your Pain

I first shared this post on my facebook page, and now I bring it to you on this blog with a little modification.
Is your heart heavy and burdened by pain?
Do you think your world has been torn apart?
Have you lost someone or something very special?

If so, then read my few "words" and the following poem carefully, they might help to soothe your pain because I understand how you feel.
Losing a loved one to the cold hands of death can be painful and traumatizing to say the least. It can make someone confused and hopeless. But you can make your life a lot easier and more enjoyable if you wish. Yes you can smile through the storms that's if you are willing to trust God and also maintain a positive attitude.
Sometimes what life wants for you is not what you want for yourself. When life gives you a lemon, don’t accept it if that’s not what you want. Throw it back at life and get oranges for yourself. I chose to always focus on the good and positive side of life. Though you might have seen much pain in life, you can choose to be happy.
Positive attitude will do the magic. It helps you cope more easily with the tough challenges of life. It brings optimism and hope into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worries and pain. I know your pain, but you can be happy.
I KNOW YOUR PAIN
The bereaved sob and wail, some fall sick at the news of a loved one’s demise
And you wonder why the innocent suffer pain, good people die and intelligent brains fail
Then you realized there’s always a time when people have to die, a fact you wouldn’t like to accept
I know your pain
The living wouldn’t like to die even when life seems callous, imperfect and unfair
And you think there is nothing more to live for, when a sweetheart is gone
Then you imagine you didn’t lose just someone but seems you lost everything
I know your pain
The dreams of many years to come and the little hopes of better tomorrow were dashed in a moment
And life gives you a bitter pill and you have no choice but to swallow it
Then you cried O! Only if I had the opportunity, I could have done this or that
I know your pain
The pain is unbearable, and the level of devastation unthinkable
And you feel more like to question, other than accept the supreme will of God
Then you wonder is this really the will of God or did the enemy do this?
I know your pain
The road seems rough and gloom
And you are clueless on how to carry on with the journey of life
Then you consider a few questions: what’s the essence of life, why me, God why?
I know your pain
The many questions of this life without reasonable answers
And you wonder if you could survive without this departed soul
Then there comes the still small voice: I will see you through it says,
I know your pain
The answers to the many questions of this life are in God
And His word says be still and know that I’m your God
Then if you think you have lost anything, God is the reason you didn’t lose everything
I know your pain

I hope you were inspired and encouraged by this post? If you were, please feel free to comment and share (my posts) with other people. God bless you plenty.
